We will assist the Dakota Baptist Convention with their tent on Main Street during the rally, and will give away Bibles, tracts, water, and where people can listen to a testimony and register for a Harley drawing  (If you like that idea, check out this link to Three Minute Story).      

The gospel message was shared with over 4,600 people last year at their tent.  While the Sturgis trip is not limited to motorcyclists, the trip is biker-focused.  

Our main ministry task is to work the DBC tent (maybe 20-25 hours in a week).  Those of us that are CMA members have also committed to working the CMA booths for 6 or more hours during the week (usually 1-2 hour time slots).  

The anticipated trip cost is $225, plus transportation expenses.  Why so cheap (did you here motels were $250/night)?  Well, we're sleeping on the floor at Westside Baptist Church in Rapid City (bring a sleeping bag!).  We'll worship with them on Aug. 3, Aug. 6, and Aug.10, also.  If you don't have your application in - you're late already!   Here's an application. 

You do Not need to be a member of Crossroads Church to go on a mission trip, just agree to our statement of faith.
