Crossroads Bikers  -  Thanks for riding by!

Crossroads Church Newnan - Hwy 154 campus)

Crossroads Bikers is the motorcycle ministry of Crossroads Church.   Our main Crossroads Church location is in Newnan, GA (Coweta County), but we have planted churches in four other cities in the Atlanta metropolitan area (namely Douglasville, Jefferson, Monroe, and Fairburn).  Churches have also been planted in Staten Island, NY,  Fortaleza, Brazil ,and also  Nigeria (but we haven't ridden to any of those churches, yet).

Crossroads is a biker-friendly church!   Anyone is welcome, no matter how you're dressed, or whatever struggles or issues you have - come as you are!

Crossroads Bikers also welcome anyone to ride with us - regardless of what type of motorcycle, or what (if any) Crossroads Church Newnan, Georgiachurch you may attend.   Crossroads Bikers are a friendly, service-oriented group of motorcycle enthusiasts.   We'll be glad to fellowship, ride, eat, and serve alongside of you.

We have multiple rides each month during the ride season, and try to schedule special events every quarter (like overnight events, or outreach events with food and music).  We post a lot of pictures, also!

Most of our rides will originate from Crossroads Church, but (since 6/6/09) we  have two campuses, so it can be confusing.  The two campuses are five miles apart, and we'll get you there.  Some rides start at our Hwy. 154 campus, 2564 Highway 154 (also called Sharpsburg-McCullom Rd.) in Newnan, GA 30265.  Some rides will start from our new, Hwy. 16 campus, (3260 Hwy. 16 E. Sharpsburg, GA 30277).   Services at either campus (if you show up at the right place): our Hwy. 16 campus Sat. 7:00 pm and Sun. 9:15 and 11:15 am, and at Hwy. 154 campus on Sun. at 10:15 am.

In 2008, we added a monthly inspirational column to our Web site, with a message from Gary Wadding targeted at bikers, called God's Highway.   We really appreciate Gary's writing, and think you'll be inspired by his messages also.

In Aug. 2008 and Aug. 2009, we sent a group to serve in Sturgis, SD at the world's largest M/C rally - check out the latest pictures, or join us in Aug. 2010.

Atlanta Wheels of Grace Unity Ride

In September 2009, we hosted our second annual Christian Unity Ride, to benefit Angel Tree, held Saturday September 19.  It was the first day of the 20 inch 4-day rainfall, which really hurt the attendance.  The music, food, and messages were still great, but the local scenic, escorted ride had to be cancelled.  It was a successful event, for Christian Unity and for Angel Tree - here's some pictures.  Look for it again on September 18, 2010.

December  2009  -  Most of the month was focused on Angel Tree, aAngel Tree logo ministry of Prison Fellowship which provides two Christmas gifts to children with one or both parents in prison.  Our program serves more families than any Angel Tree program in the Southeast - over 400 children this year - for God's glory!   Thanks to all the volunteers, including other churches and motorcycle ministries that help us bless some families through Angel Tree.

Please join us for any fellowship event, ride, or a service at our church (a casual dress, biker-friendly, disciple-making church).  Service times at Hwy. 16 campus are:  Sat. 7:00 pm and Sun. 9:15 and 11:15 am.  The Sunday service at our Hwy. 154 campus is at 10:15 am.

We have a pretty busy calendar this year.  In April we hosted a benefit ride for  A Better Way, and in May a benefit ride for Terry Williamson, plus serving the Atlanta homeless on May 22.  Our 1st annual "Biker Sunday" was held on July 18, well-attended and a great time.

   Our Vision

Being and Building Disciples of Christ - through motorcycling.

CMA & Other Biker Ministries Christian Motorcyclists Assoc.logo

Crossroads Church and the Crossroads Bikers fully support the mission and ministry of the Christian Motorcyclists Association  (CMA), and we commit to helping and assisting the Newnan CMA chapter (the Blessed Riders) as we can.  About 60% of our active members are active members of CMA (and about 30% of the active  Blessed Riders members are from Crossroads Church).  We encourage our members and visitors to ride with, serve with, and support the ministry and activities of CMA.

We don't conflict or compete with CMA, the  FAITH Riders, or any other Christian biker ministry.  Our goal is to complement and assist each other as we minister together to Be and Build Disciples of Christ . . . through motorcycling.  Our goal is to serve with other biker ministries in Unity!
