Welcome to Crossroads F.A.I.T.H. Riders

Crossroads Bikers is the motorcycle Crossroads Church Newnan, Georgiaministry for Crossroads Church, based in Newnan, GA.  We've done biker ministry as a standalone single-church ministry since 2005.  But, on April 2, 2011, our biker ministry was commissioned as the 32nd chapter of F.A.I.T.H. Riders in Georgia.

We joined over 170 other churches in 13 states that have affiliated with F.A.I.T.H. Riders, since it was started in Lakeland, FL in 2002.  The Crossroads Bikers are a community of believers, doing life together and attempting to reach others for Christ as we ride or go about our daily activities. You don't have to be a member of Crossroads Church to be a member of Crossroads biker ministry - you don't even have to have a motorcycle.  You just need to have the same heart and goal of serving others and reaching motorcyclists with the gospel message.  If you love to ride, or want to reach those who do, come and join us!

Crossroads Church has always been a biker-friendly church - come as you are.  Not just in how you're dressed, but bring whatever struggles or issues in life you have, our church tries to help people with their life issues, many that our bikers have individually struggled with in their past.

Our biker group has been active in prison ministry in our area since 2004, and have sponsored the largest Angel Tree program in the southeast for 6 years now.  We have an active missions program, at our church and biker ministry, which includes trips to large biker rallies like Sturgis and Daytona (4 years in a row), and prison ministry events to a 10-state area.  This is all part of our church's vision to reach outside the church walls to our community and to "Be and Build Disciples of Christ . . . through motorcycling".  This fits quite well with the mission of F.A.I.T.H. Riders M/M, which also desires to reach people for Christ using motorcycles as one of our tools.

We have a monthly meeting, but date and location changes pretty often, so check our event calendar.  We'll have multiple rides each month during the ride season, and try to schedule special outreach or community-oriented events every quarter.  We also post a lot of pictures of our rides and events.

Crossroads Church Newnan - Hwy 154 campus)

Most of our rides will originate from Crossroads Church, but we have two  campuses (5 miles apart), which can be confusing.   Some rides start at our Hwy. 154 campus, 2564 Highway 154 (also called Sharpsburg-McCullom Rd.) in Newnan, GA 30265, and some rides start from our new, Hwy. 16 campus, (3260 Hwy. 16 E. Sharpsburg, GA 30277).  Weekly services are at both campuses (if you show up at the right place): our Hwy. 16 campus Sat. 7:00 pm, or Sun. 9:00 am and 11:15 am, and at Hwy. 154 campus on Sun. at 10:00 am.

We believe in Christian Unity, both as a church and as a biker ministry.  We have taken the lead in planning and leading Christian Unity rides in the Atlanta area since 2008.  We encourage our members to support and help other biker ministries in the area, like Redeemed Biker Church and the Blessed Riders (local chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA).  We'll also try to support and assist other F.A.I.T.H. Rider groups in our area as we can.

Since 2007, we've had a monthly inspirational column on our Web site, with a message targeted at bikers, written by two CMA evangelists (Gary Wadding or Randal Tebeau), called God's Highway.  We really appreciate Gary & Randal's writing, and think you'll be inspired by their messages also.

Please join us for any fellowship event, ride, or a service at our church (a casual dress, biker-friendly, disciple-making church).  Service times at Hwy. 16 campus are:  Sat. 7:00 pm and Sun. 9:00 and 11:15 am.  The Sunday service at our Hwy. 154 campus is at 10:00 am.  Our 2012 calendar is pretty aggressive, with plans to ride to Daytona Bike Week,  and several benefit ride plans are in the works.
